My Story
Yes, this is me. I've struggled with my weight since my thirties, even though I don't over eat, I'm not a heavy drinker (in fact now I don't drink at all) In the past I tried weight-watchers, and other calorie controlled diets, and while they work for a while, the weight always seems to slowly creep back on.
In 2005 I lost 75 lbs through watching what I ate and doing serious exercise 4 x a week. Back then I could but I'm a little (lol) a lot older now so I looked around for a different, better weight-loss method.
I found it, and this last year I've lost 50 lbs so far.
It's not a diet, Its a 'Way of Life'
